Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role ensures the center runs efficiently, ethically, and in alignment with our mission of high-quality, individualized care.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support all center-based staff, including licensed therapists (BCBAs, OTs, PTs, SLPs), RBTs, and administrative team membersManage daily operations, including scheduling, coverage, documentation compliance, and clinic flowDrive team development through meetings, check-ins, performance coaching, and mentorshipAddress family concerns and ensure a high standard of care deliveryMaintain payer compliance, including documentation, authorizations, and timely submission of treatment plansMonitor and manage key metrics such as utilization, timesheet accuracy, and authorized hours deliveredCollaborate with billing, authorization, and scheduling teams to ensure timely service delivery and efficient clinic operationsAudit clinical documentation including session notes, parent training logs, and treatment plansEncourage interdisciplinary collaboration between ABA, OT, PT, and Speech teamsMaintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards across all servicesEligible for bonus opportunities based on center performanceMaintain a low billable hour requirement — role is leadership- and operations-focusedSupport and assist with center growth initiatives as neededOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequired:Active license as a BCBA, Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)10+ years of experience in your licensed field5+ years in a leadership role, with at least 2 years in a healthcare settingStrong operational mindset with a deep understanding of interdisciplinary careExperience navigating payer guidelines, insurance documentation, and regulatory complianceProven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teamsPreferred:Experience managing a pediatric therapy or ABA clinicFamiliarity with Central Reach (EMR)Knowledge of New Jersey Medicaid and managed care systemsHow to ApplySubmit your resume and a brief letter of interest outlining your leadership experience and clinical background.
