Company Intro / Summary A well-established Mechanical & Electrical contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Limerick. This role will be project-focused, offering the opportunity to work on large-scale building services projects across a variety of sectors. Responsibilities Manage all commercial aspects of assigned M&E projects from pre-construction through to final account. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for mechanical and electrical packages. Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor accounts. Monitor project costs, valuations, and variations, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget and scope. Ensure compliance with contractual and financial obligations. Provide commercial support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years experience in a QS role, ideally with M&E or building services projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and related contracts. Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QS software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines. Package Salary: €65,000 €70,000 per annum (DOE). Full-time, permanent position based in Limerick. Exposure to high-profile M&E projects across multiple sectors. Pension scheme and company benefits.
