HireForce is working with a very successful Irish Company who are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join their finance team in Leixlip. The Senior Financial Accountant will oversee a portfolio of entities within the group and play a key role in supporting and participating in the monthly, half-year and annual consolidation and statutory reporting processes.
Responsibilities
Ensuring timely completion of all month-end activities and the delivery of accurate management reports.
Overseeing intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of single-entity financial statements.
Participate in half-year and year-end reporting, including financial statement preparation.
Assist in preparing the annual report.
Coordinate and respond to internal audit reviews.
Support annual and quarterly budgeting and reforecasting processes.
Collaborate across teams to ensure financial objectives are met efficiently.
Requirements
Qualified Accountant with 2+ years PQE.
Construction or Manufacturing experience is an advantage.
Ability to multi-task across several workstreams and meet deadlines.
Proven aptitude to work collaboratively with other people essential.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
