The role
Senior Change & Transformation Specialist | Global Life Sciences Organisation | Cork
A global life sciences business with a significant Cork footprint is looking for an experienced change and transformation professional to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a role for someone who has spent their career at the intersection of projects and people, someone who understands that the technical delivery of change is only half the job.
You will work across complex, cross-functional initiatives, helping the organisation land transformation in a way that sticks. That means stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, training coordination and embedding the kind of structured change methodology that turns project milestones into genuine business outcomes.
About the role:
Working closely with project and programme teams to design and execute change management activity across a portfolio of initiatives. You will be expected to bring your own rigour to the work, drawing on established frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR, while being pragmatic enough to flex your approach to the environment.
About the person:
This role will suit a Project Manager who has built a genuine specialism in change management over the course of their career and is ready to step fully into that space, or a dedicated Change Manager with around seven or more years of experience. Either way, you will be comfortable owning change end-to-end and influencing without authority at a senior level.
