Barden is delighted to partner with a well-established professional services firm located in the Meath/North Dublin region, to support the appointment of a Part-Qualified Accounting Technician.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering strong long-term prospects for someone pursuing their accounting qualifications and keen to grow their career in a structured and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will gain broad exposure across key areas of accounts, tax, and payroll, with the chance to work closely with a diverse client base.
The Role The successful candidate will join a dynamic and busy finance team, with responsibilities that will include: Assisting with the preparation of accounts for a range of clients Managing VAT, RCT, and other statutory returns Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records Supporting tax compliance processes, including income and corporate tax filings Assisting with payroll processing and related queries Responding to client requests and supporting day-to-day client management Participating in other ad hoc duties across the practice as needed The Ideal Person Part-qualified Accounting Technician or pursuing a professional qualification (ACCA, ATI or similar)Minimum of 1 year's experience in a practice or similar accounting environment Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities Excellent communication and organisational skills Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in the profession Please get in touch with Phonsie Irwin in Barden (Phonsie.irwin@barden.ie) for more information.
