This is a hands-on role for someone with strong plumbing product knowledge, excellent people skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
* Department Management & Sales: Lead and manage the plumbing department to achieve sales and margin targets.
* Drive sales growth through strong product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.
* Work closely with management to support overall business growth.
