We are current recruiting experienced Reservations Executive for a 4* Hotel in East Cork Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily reservation operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from booking to check-in Manage room allocations, pricing strategies, and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue. Monitor and manage online booking platforms and direct booking websites. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests. Collaborate with the front office manager and team to optimize room sales and revenue management. Ensure accurate recording and communication of booking details with relevant departments. Responsibility for both individual and group bookings Performing regular checks on future individual & group bookings Working with the Sales team to identify leads and pass to the appropriate sales person Manage No-show and cancellation reservations & process charges according to hotel policy Compile weekly/monthly/annual reports in line with the hotel requirements To constantly liaise with housekeeping department to ensure all guests request are actioned Requirements: Previous experience as a Reservations Supervisor or similar role, in a busy 4* hotel Proficient with systems like Hotsoft/Channel Manager Systems and the GDS Experience in revenue management practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering a superior guest experience. Fluent English both spoken and written.
