Health and Safety Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Officer to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all employees, contractors, and clients on our construction sites.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
* Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety best practices.
* Maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents and near misses.
Requirements:
* Nearest qualification in occupational health and safety (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
* First aid certification an advantage.
