Leadership Opportunity in Nursing Home Care
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the daily clinical operations within our nursing home in Wicklow.
* Lead and support the nursing and care team to ensure high standards of resident care
* Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and relevant regulations
* Promote a culture of person-centered care and continuous improvement
* Manage staff rostering, training, and performance
Requirements:
* Registered General Nurse with NMBI (in good standing)
* Minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
* Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
