You will work with business and IT stakeholders to establish a clear definition of the scope, process and business requirements on any Waterfall, Hybrid or Agile project, and manage those requirements through to delivery and that projects are being delivered in an efficient and effective manner thereby achieving stated business objectives.What you'll do* Gather, analyse, and document functional and technical requirements, ensuring they are measurable, traceable, and aligned with business benefits.* Capture and define current ('as is') and future ('to be') processes through workshops and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.* Work closely with developers and test teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements and provide support during development and testing.* Manage change control tasks, assessing new defects or client requests against project scope and objectives.* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining high-quality documentation and attention to detail.* Apply PMO methodologies, standards, and efficient processes to meet tight deadlines and continuously improve project delivery quality.What you bring* Certified Business Analyst (ISEB, BCS, CBAP) with experience delivering complex projects across multiple methodologies.* Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels.* Able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, including developers and solution architects.* Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.* Knowledge of General Insurance preferred, with claims experience considered advantageous.What's NextIf you are ready to take the next step, apply now Successful applicants will be contacted directly by a recruiter to discuss the role more.We are committed to creating an inclusive recruitment experience.
