Job Description
This Cost Management Specialist role is responsible for managing costs across various projects, from pre-contract to post-contract phases.
* Support with tendering processes and cost plan preparations;
* Manage procurement and supply chain activities;
* Lead teams in commercial and financial matters;
* Coordinate payment applications and final accounts;
* Achieve successful contract administration through BOQs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this Cost Management Specialist position, candidates should possess:
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity;
* Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field;
* Civil engineering background, preferably in the utilities industry;
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office suite;
* FIDIC Yellow Book Contract Administration experience;
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
