Interim Group Head – Operations, Veterinary & Training and Engagement (TEVO)

Are you a strategic, people‑centred leader who can bring calm, clarity, and drive during times of change? DT Ireland is seeking an Interim Group Head to lead our Operations, Veterinary, and Training & Engagement (TEVO) functions — a pivotal role overseeing around two‑thirds of our workforce and guiding teams through a significant period of transformation.
About the Role
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you’ll work closely with the Executive Director and other functional heads to deliver on organisational OKRs. The first half of 2026 will see major changes across DT Ireland — new team structures in Operations and TEVO, alongside the introduction of a new CRM (Salesforce). Your leadership will be critical in embedding these changes, maintaining stability, and ensuring our people stay engaged and supported throughout.
You’ll oversee three direct reports (two currently maternity cover) and play a hands‑on role in shaping how our teams collaborate and deliver.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven change management experience — successfully implementing and embedding structural and systems change.
* Strong people leadership and HR acumen, with a track record of supporting teams through transition.
* The ability to hold stability amid complexity — calmly managing workload, capacity, and priorities across diverse functions.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to advocate for the TEVO function while working constructively across the organisation.
* Experience or understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous but not essential).
