Job Description:
As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to meet the diverse needs of children and young people, and their families, within our Children's Disability Network Teams. This role requires a deep understanding of early years development and a passion for delivering holistic support services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert care and guidance to children and families through collaborative working practices.
* Develop and implement individualized outcomes that cater to the unique needs of each family, ensuring a seamless service delivery model.
* Build strong professional relationships with colleagues from various disciplines, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
This role requires a third-level qualification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Additionally, candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in early intervention settings, with at least 3 years dedicated to supporting children with disabilities and complex needs.
