Base pay range
Role Purpose: The Graduate Scheme is designed to provide a broad and comprehensive experience working in a Data analysis role with various teams within the Insights, Innovation and Marketing team. The programme aims to identify and nurture your strengths, offering opportunities to grow in a data driven environment. The successful candidate will gain a deep understanding of the complexities of data management, reporting and insights for business success, in a fast-paced and intricate industry, with the ultimate goal to fast track your career in data.
Responsibilities
* Cross-Team Interaction: Collaborate with teams across the Insights, Innovation & Marketing function to understand data needs, share insights, and support decision-making. Gain exposure to a variety of processes and how data drives performance.
* Data Collection & Preparation: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and structuring data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
* Insight Generation: Support the development of dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics across campaigns, projects, or business units. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
* Project Ownership: Lead small-scale analytical projects from scoping to delivery, including stakeholder engagement, data validation, and presenting findings.
* Tool Utilisation: Work with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Python to manipulate data and automate reporting processes.
* Continuous Learning: Take part in team initiatives, training sessions, and cross-functional projects to build analytical skills and business acumen.
Qualifications & Competencies
* Key Competencies: Numerical proficiency; attention to detail; analytical thinking; strong communication; teamwork; accountability.
* Knowledge, Skills, And Experience: Degree in Data Science or Analysis or related field; 1-2 years of work experience; Excel and BI tools (Power BI) proficiency; awareness of data-driven product performance and consumer behaviour.

Starting Salary
€32,000 with an up to €2,000 increase at the start of Year 2 to €34,000

Who are we looking for? Hardworking and ambitious graduates who want to learn and grow in a challenging, fast-paced environment by performing real roles during rotations. You must be mobile and willing to travel throughout the programme to undertake development activities at any of our sites in the UK and Ireland. We will consider undergraduates from all disciplines and backgrounds.
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
* Education: Ideally, a degree in Data Science or Analysis, or a related field
* Experience: 1-2 years in a similar industry; retail or hospitality experience is a plus
* Skills: Proficient in Excel and other database tools for data analysis; knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI is a plus
* Industry Knowledge: Awareness of food trends and understanding of consumer behaviour
