Manage the entire handover process from inception to completion Record any snags or defects encountered during the handover Ensure that relevant documentation is accurately prepared and submitted to both homeowners and sub-contractors Guarantee that company systems reflect accurate information from these documents Identify recurring patterns of issues within projects prior to their occurrence, thereby enabling proactive measures Proactively act as liaison between property owners and our organization Verify compliance of works carried out against established standards Assume responsibility as main point of contact for clients throughout their journey guaranteeing a positive outcome.
