Customer Service Representative – Evening Shift
Galway City | Hybrid after probation
We are currently hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for a growing international organisation based in Galway.
This role would suit somebody with strong people and communication skills coming from hospitality, retail, customer-facing or office environments. Previous customer service office experience is not required — personality, attitude and willingness to learn are key.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting customers via phone, email and live chat
Assisting with orders, accounts and product queries
Resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner
Working closely with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
Maintaining accurate records and updating systems
What we are looking for:
Fluent English skills
Additional languages are highly desirable
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Positive and customer-focused attitude
Must be based in Galway or able to commute to Briarhill
