Project Manager Design
The role of Project Manager Design is to lead and manage cross-discipline design teams.
You will be responsible for managing design packages, assisting with estimation, procurement, planning, and handover for execution on site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction managers to develop comprehensive project plans.
* Liaise with clients and other stakeholders as required.
* Raise any design-related risks to the planning, commercial, and management team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in a related field.
* In-depth knowledge of statutory consent processes and building regulations.
