Our client, a large food production facility, is recruiting for a Production Supervisor.As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the production floor. You'll be responsible for making sure operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, while leading and supporting your team to deliver high-quality results.ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIESOverseeing daily production activities to ensure targets are met safely and efficientlyMaking sure all processes follow company standards and regulatory requirementsCompleting and maintaining accurate production and compliance documentationPromoting a strong health and safety culture and ensuring best practices are followed at all timesLeading, supporting, and motivating the production team, setting clear expectations and monitoring performanceResponding effectively to incidents or emergency situations when requiredCarrying out regular checks on machinery and equipment to maintain safe and efficient workflowsWorking with maintenance teams to arrange repairs or replacement of faulty equipmentPreparing production reports and sharing updates with managementEnsuring materials, equipment, and resources are used correctly and efficientlySupporting continuous improvement in quality, service, and productivityTaking on additional duties as required by the Line ManagerWORKING HOURS / SALARY4 day week working 40 hours over the 4 daysStart from 5-6amcirca €40k for the right candidate
