Responsibilities: Assist with the commercial management of multiple projects as directed by the Commercial Manager Support the procurement of subcontractors and internal resources required for project delivery Assist in the preparation and management of subcontractor and supplier payments in line with company procedures Contribute to the preparation of valuations, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts Support the management and agreement of variations to ensure timely commercial recovery Assist with project documentation, reporting, and correspondence with head office Provide support to estimating teams where required Support and mentor junior commercial staff when assigned Experience: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline 1-3+ years' post-graduate experience in a Quantity Surveying role Experience preparing valuations, managing variations, CVR reporting, and payment certificates Previous experience on residential or apartment developments is beneficial but not essential Strong organisational skills with a detail-focused and commercially aware approach
