Job Description
The main purpose of this role is to provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling telephone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your role will involve booking seating assessments, supporting Product Specialists with data entry, and working closely with the Customer Care team to deliver outstanding service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering telephone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
* Supporting with booking seating and FloorBed assessments into the relevant Product Specialist's diary
* Assisting with training day bookings for Occupational Therapists
* Collaborating with the Product Specialist team and ISC colleagues to optimize their workload
* Making outbound calls and sending emails to promote assessments and demonstrations
* Providing general support to the sales team and office staff
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Strong administration and data entry skills
* A good understanding of product knowledge and industry trends
