Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Probate, Administration of Estates, and Trusts Solicitor. The role is based in Galway, with some work-from-home flexibility. The solicitor will be responsible for handling probate cases, administering estates, and managing trusts and trustee matters. Day-to-day tasks include providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
* Minimum of three years experience in all aspects of Probate, Administration of Estates and Succession Law.
* Have practical experience and academic knowledge of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Assisted Decision-Making.
* Experience in Residential Conveyancing is also desirable.
* Be highly motivated with the ability to work on own initiative, while managing a caseload and be a good team player within our friendly and collegiate firm.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
