We are looking for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our close-knit team This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and takes pride in being a key part of a supportive and hardworking team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and guests warmly upon arrival at the office's main reception area.
Handle large volume incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
Assist the Office Manager with various tasks, including maintaining company books, scheduling calls for engineers, assigning parts deliveries and other office-related duties.
Use our accounting system (training will be provided if necessary).
What We are Looking For:
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Computer literate.
Fluent spoken and written English as this is a face-to-face role
A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to multitask.
Previous bookkeeping experience is a bonus but not essential—we are happy to provide training
Someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is ready to hit the ground running.
