We are now recruiting for full-time & part-time bar staff for our Dylan Thomas Bar.
Key Responsibilities of this role are:
To serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner
To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar
To greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner
To deal with any customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
The ideal candidate must have a professional and friendly approach and must be focused on providing excellent customer service.
They must be a team player and have the ability to multi task.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail as well as good communication and time keeping skills.
