Description
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding Human Resources? Do you also insist on the highest standards? We’re seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team supporting both our Fulfilment Centre and Delivery Station. These facilities are central to Amazon’s operations, managing inventory, developing workflows, and ensuring efficient delivery processes.
Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager, you will develop and implement HR strategies tailored to our operations, partner with onsite teams, and contribute to global HR projects. You will also manage change as processes evolve and promote a strong, inclusive HR culture across your sites.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Selection: Lead recruitment efforts, participate in senior panel interviews, and enhance Amazon’s employer brand locally and nationally.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement: Build trust with employees, monitor engagement levels, and foster satisfaction and continuous improvement.
3. Performance and Talent Management: Oversee leadership reviews, coach team members, develop succession plans, and support employee development initiatives.
4. Generalist HR Functions: Lead and motivate your team, ensure results delivery, and balance commercial insight with pragmatic leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Significant HR management experience, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
* Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
* Hands-on, adaptable attitude and proven motivational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Degree and CIPD qualification.
* Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and change management expertise.
* Proactive in managing ambiguity and influencing others.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems like PeopleSoft.
