Business Development Representative

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with experienced colleagues to design and execute prospecting strategies. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential companies in the region through strategic research and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough research on potential clients and develop targeted outreach strategies.
* Collaborate closely with Account Executives to design and execute effective prospecting plans.
* Develop and refine messaging across multiple channels, industries, and buyer personas to maximize engagement.
* Share learnings and best practices with the team to drive collective success and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* 1+ years of professional experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound BDR role within the marketing technology or SaaS sector.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
* Motivated by exceeding goals and thrive in a dynamic environment.
