Synergy Facility Services Limited is seeking an experienced Building inspector to join our growing team in Dublin.Abou the Role:We are looking for a skilled professional to conduct inspections of apartment blocks, offices, and residential properties across Dublin.The candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing water ingress from external building envelopes, internal plumbing leaks and other related defects.Key Responsibilities:Carrying out inspections of commercial and residential properties for water damage and structural defects.Assess external building envelopes for water ingress issuesIdentify internal plumbing leaks and dampness problemsPrepare detailed inspection reports with findingsComunicate effectively with customers, property managers and maintenance teamsEssential Requirements:Extensive experience in building and constructionStrong knowledge of building defects, waterproofing ,and plumbing systemsProfessional manner and strong interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsAbility to work independently and mange inspection schedulesWhat we offer:Full time positionMonday to Friday 8am - 4pmOvertimesFully equipped company vanCompetitive salary starting from €25 per hourJob Type: Full-timePay: €52,000.00-€62,400.00 per yearBenefits:Company carCompany eventsCompany pensionWork Location: On the road
