Salary: €28,000 basic + OTE bonus of up to €6,000

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Onsite Account Specialist to join a busy onsite operation in Naas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong client relationships, and supporting large volumes of temporary workers. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality onsite recruitment service, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and strong client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Workforce Management
8. Develop a strong understanding of client roles, culture, and workforce requirements
9. Source, interview, and assess candidates across multiple role levels
10. Deliver recruitment activity in line with agreed KPIs and resourcing plans
11. Complete candidate registration in line with legal and ethical compliance requirements
12. Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and client-specific training where required
13. Issue assignment briefings, handbooks, and onboarding documentation
Client & Onsite Support
14. Support the Account Manager in delivering service excellence against agreed SLAs
15. Contribute to manpower planning and service improvement initiatives
16. Prepare and provide management information and reports as required
17. Manage client feedback and support continuous service improvement
18. Issue and act on Client Satisfaction Surveys
Candidate Care & Administration
19. Act as a key point of contact for onsite workers
20. Resolve candidate queries relating to assignments, pay, and attendance
21. Ensure accurate worker records are maintained at all times
22. Support weekly payroll clinics and ensure candidates are paid correctly and on time
23. Provide guidance on performance, attendance, and general assignment matters
What We're Looking For
24. Previous experience in recruitment, onsite operations, HR, or workforce coordination
25. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
26. Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships
27. Comfortable working to deadlines and managing competing priorities
28. Proficient with systems and reporting
