Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Administration: managing wages, bonuses, and expenses.
* Pension Management: reporting and administration.
* Direct Debit Processing: customer inbound payments and file management.
* Supplier Invoicing: nominal allocation and accounts control.
* Bank Reconciliation: weekly reports and compliance with tax regulations.
This role is 22 hours a week, Monday to Thursday (9 am-2:30 pm), in an office-based setting.
