The role of Relief Instructor is to deliver high-quality training programmes, ensuring Learners acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and confidence for progression.
* Deliver systematic instruction based on specified curricula, with responsibility for instructing multiple modules leading to QQI Level certification 3-5.
* Support participants in developing their knowledge, skills and confidence to achieve desired outcomes.
Meet performance indicators related to learner placement, progression and achievement of certification targets. Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain programme allocations and ensure successful programme delivery.
