Construction Leadership Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a residential project in Limerick City.
About the Role:
* Manage and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed to high standards.
* C Coordinate with subcontractors, trades, site staff, and materials to deliver efficient results.
* Determine and schedule work phases, aligning with client expectations and specifications.
* Inspect sites to ensure adherence to agreed quality standards, finishes, and specifications.
* Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, architects/engineers.
* Monitor resource allocation: materials, labour, plant/equipment for optimal use and timely delivery.
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience as a Site Manager or Foreperson, preferably with a background in residential build.
* Relevant Degree/Diploma (Construction Management, Engineering, QS/PM) or strong trade route.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Proficient in reading drawings, managing programmes, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
* Full clean drivers license.
* Safe Pass & Manual Handling certification; additional certifications such as CIF, IOSH, BCAR desirable.
