Job Title
We are seeking an experienced BMS Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building management systems and experience in delivering complex projects in the pharmaceutical, food, mission critical, medtech, advanced manufacturing and energy sectors.
Responsibilities
* Design and develop BMS system architecture and topography
* Coordinate and collaborate with project disciplines across the office and outside BOD
* Manage BMS contractor relationships and oversee the installation of BMS systems
* Develop and review project documentation, including BMS I/O lists, HVAC and Utility Sequence of Operations documents, Scope of Works, Functional Specifications, and Hardware Specifications
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a level 8 university engineering degree (Mechanical, Building Services, Automation Engineering) or equivalent relevant experience. A strong background in BMS, experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, data centre, or health-related facility, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
