About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.
* Proven track record of creating engaging and effective training programs that drive business results.
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
