We’re looking for an experienced Senior Powerplant Consultant to join a leading global aviation asset management company. This is a senior, hands‑on technical role within the Fleet Management team, working across a range of commercial engine projects for both internal and third‑party clients.If you enjoy being at the heart of complex engine management, shop visits, forecasting, and strategic planning - this is a great opportunity to take ownership and make a real impact.What You’ll Be Doing:Acting as a virtual powerplant manager for airline and lessor clients.Managing multiple commercial engine projects from start to finish.Overseeing shop visits — from workscope compilation and inspection attendance to invoice review.Tracking and reporting on Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) and Engine Condition Monitoring (ECM).Leading cost optimisation and maintenance forecasting initiatives.Negotiating technical aspects of engine sales, leases, and service agreements.Supporting engine transitions, records audits, borescopes, and inspections.Providing mentorship to junior team members and supporting new business opportunities.What We’re Looking For:10+ years’ experience in powerplant-focused roles.Strong technical knowledge across CFM, P&W, GE, IAE, and/or RR products.Ideally degree-qualified, with prior airline or lessor experience.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.Commercially astute, self‑motivated, and confident in negotiations.Strong communication skills with a proactive, hands‑on approach.Location & Flexibility:Ideally, you’ll be based in Dublin and happy to work from the office three days a week (typically Tuesday - Thursday). Monday and Friday can be remote but for the right person, fully remote will be considered.
