We're supporting a major infrastructure transformation programme and are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Systems Engineer with strong OT environment experience to join a high-impact project team.
This is a hands‑on senior infrastructure role focused on large‑scale migrations, network redesign, and modernisation initiatives across both IT and Operational Technology environments.
The successful candidate will play a key role across core infrastructure, Hyper‑V migrations, OT networking, Rubrik expansion projects, and wider infrastructure transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Hyper‑V migration projects from planning through to delivery
Design and support OT network redesign initiatives
Deliver infrastructure and network transformation projects
Support MIS and DHCP migrations
Manage and expand Rubrik backup environments
Act as a senior escalation point for infrastructure and networking issues
Work closely with IT teams, OT teams, and third‑party vendors
Produce infrastructure documentation and technical standards
Required Experience
Strong background in infrastructure engineering or systems administration
Proven experience working in OT / Operational Technology environments
Strong Hyper‑V experience including migrations and operations
Strong networking knowledge across VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, DHCP and TCP/IP
Experience with Rubrik environments
Experience delivering complex infrastructure transformation projects
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capability
Desirable
Experience within manufacturing, utilities, energy, pharma, or other critical infrastructure environments
Exposure to hybrid IT/OT environments
Experience with large-scale migration or data centre modernisation programmes
