Your new company A leading shared services organisation within a large multinational group is seeking a Financial Systems & Reporting Specialist to join its Finance team. The company provides centralised Finance and Administration support to multiple business units across Ireland and the UK. You will be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking finance function with strong opportunities to influence systems, reporting, and process improvements. Your new role Provide ongoing support for financial reporting systems, including master data management, monthly and budget reporting structures, and Oracle GL updates or configuration changes (in partnership with external support providers). Develop, maintain, and enhance internal BI tools such as Cognos Analytics and Planning Analytics, including the creation of dashboards, forecasting models, budgeting tools, and performance management reports for senior leadership. Support month-end reporting by developing new financial reports that reflect how the business is managed and improving the overall reporting framework. Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to understand data sources and reporting needs, identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system integrations. Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support across financial applications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation and strong data integrity. What you'll need to succeed Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles Hands-on experience with financial ERP systems (ideally Oracle) Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Cognos Analytics, SQL, Power BI, or Access Strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot independently Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What you'll get in return €65,000-€75,000 salary depending on experience Standard bonus + performance bonus Defined Contribution (DC) pension Flexible working hours (9am-5pm) Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days remote On-site parking What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
