The Opportunity
We are seeking an experience Head of Sales & Wealth Advisory to take ownership of revenue growth, advisory excellence and team expansion across Walfrid Private.
This is a senior, front-line leadership role for a proven financial professional who thrives on building relationships, winning business and developing elite advisory talent.
You will:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
* Lead, recruit and mentor a team of Financial Advisors
* Set the commercial tone and sales culture of the firm
* Play a defining role in shaping the future of Walfrid Private

What You'll Be Responsible For
* Leading high-quality, in-depth financial planning conversations with HNW clients, fully understanding their personal and business goals
* Designing and delivering bespoke financial strategies across pensions, investments, protection, tax and estate planning
* Acting as a trusted adviser to business owners and directors at critical financial decision points
* Building, leading and scaling a high-performing team of Financial Advisors through internal development and external recruitment
* Driving sales performance, pipeline growth and revenue targets across the advisory team
* Identifying new business opportunities within existing client relationships and through strategic referrals
* Implementing best-in-class advisory and sales practices while maintaining the highest ethical and compliance standards
* Playing a key role in shaping growth strategy and commercial direction alongside senior management
What We're Looking For
* 10+ years' experience in a senior financial advisory or wealth management role
* Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to grow revenue and client relationships
* Deep expertise in pensions, investments and protection products within the Irish market
* Previous brokerage experience highly advantageous
* Experience mentoring, managing or leading advisors strongly preferred but we'll consider experience advisors looking to make the next step
* QFA qualification required
