Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support Store Managers across their assigned territory.
* Demonstrate strategic leadership, drive team motivation, efficiency, and collaboration.
* Analyse sales, stock, and KPIs to maximise store performance.
* Conduct regular store visits, audits, and cash management checks.
* Oversee new store openings, refurbishments, and re-openings within the territory.
* Deliver annual business plans and staffing structures aligned with company objectives.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of senior-level management experience.
* Valid full driving licence and ability to travel extensively within the territory.
* Exceptional organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
* Able to inspire high-performing teams in fast-paced retail environments.
* Familiarity with operational strategies and retail operations.
