Engineering/Mechanical related qualification would be an advantageHigh level of dexterity and attention to detail is essentialPrevious experience in a similar role is a distinct advantageGood interpersonal and communication skillsAbility and experience working shift hours is an advantageKnowledge of the principles of Engineering, Quality Systems and lean manufacturing would be an advantageAbility to work in a highly technical and changing environmentStrong technical aptitude and an ability to learn new processes fastDemonstrated high level of self-disciplinePrevious experience in a target driven environment would be a distinct advantageMust be computer literateTeam player with excellent communication skillsExcellent time and attendance record
