Contact Centre Agent - Onsite (Waterford)- 12pm-12pm M-F, weekend rotation role at RelateCare | Care is in our name

We deliver excellent customer service to patients across the US and Ireland, and would love the opportunity to meet you and see if you are the missing piece of the puzzle to complete our team! There are multiple positions available.
Shift Pattern: 8 hour shifts, falling between 12pm- 12pm Monday to Friday, 12pm - 7pm on Saturdays on rotation. This is an onsite role.
* Receiving inbound calls for general information and assistance
* Scheduling medical appointments for patients
* Ensuring the best customer service for all callers
* Resolving caller requests efficiently
* Accurately entering data into multiple systems
* Taking high volumes of calls daily and ensuring that quality checks are adhered to on all calls
Requirements:
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Empathy and the ability to soothe anxious callers
* Previous customer service experience (face to face or contact centre)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Fluent English and the ability to relay information to callers in an easily understood manner
* Ability to multitask
* Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
* Adaptability to changes in processes and procedures
