This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused property professional to take on a newly created role. The successful candidate will manage property sales/leasing negotiations, coordinate new site acquisitions & development projects, develop & maintain relationships with key external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage property sales/leasing negotiations to ensure maximum value
* Coordinate new site acquisitions & development projects
* Develop & maintain relationships with key external stakeholders
* Support business growth initiatives
Requirements:
* 3rd level degree in business studies or a relevant discipline
* Fully qualified chartered surveyor - SCSI and/or RICS preferred
* 3-5+ years experience in a commercially focused property sales or leasing role
* Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to engage with people at all levels of seniority
* Strong IT & analytical skills
* Proven project management skills
