About the RoleReporting directly to the Recruitment Manager - Ireland Division, you'll play a vital role in delivering an efficient, best-in-class recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders across the business. You'll support hiring activity across high-impact business units including Construction, Infrastructure, Central Services and more.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, process, and progress. What You'll Be DoingPartnering with Recruitment Managers and hiring teams to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycleDrafting and posting engaging job advertisements across platforms (LinkedIn, IrishJobs, Indeed, etc.)Sourcing candidates proactively through job boards, talent databases, and social channelsScheduling interviews, supporting coordination logistics and handling candidate communicationsEnsuring accurate, compliant record-keeping and data management using our ATS and systemsProviding a smooth, responsive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholdersRepresenting Sisk at recruitment and student fairs What You'll Bring2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or a related support roleExceptional organisational and time management skillsStrong communication skills and a proactive, people-first mindsetFamiliarity with recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems is an advantageA collaborative approach and the ability to handle multiple priorities with a can-do attitudeA relevant third level qualification or professional Recruitment Certificate What We OfferThe opportunity to work with one of Ireland's most respected and innovative construction companiesCareer development opportunities and on-the-job learningA collaborative team culture where your voice is valuedReady to build your career with Sisk?Apply now or reach out to our recruitment team via the link below.Apply Here Learn more about Sisk
