Deliver training in service standards, guest interaction, food knowledge and event etiquette.

Confidently delegate tasks and lead teams on-site to deliver seamless events.

Client Experience

Maintain excellent communication with clients, kitchen team and staff before, during and after events.

Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth and a calm, solutions-focused attitude.

Ensure every event delivers exceptional service and thoughtful touches.

Requirements

Highly organised, energetic, and deeply passionate about all things food, service & events.

Experience in catering, hospitality operations or banqueting is essential.

Strong logistical mindset — you love planning, structuring, anticipating and problem-solving.

A genuine love of food and working with high-quality ingredients.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Full clean EU driver's licence required.

Proficient in Excel, Word, social media and Canva.

Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Comfortable with flexible scheduling: some evenings and Saturdays are required.

What We Offer

A creative, supportive boutique catering environment where ideas are welcomed.
