Key Responsibilities
Your main areas of responsibility will include but are not confined to:
* Welcome all guests and visitors in accordance with resort standards.
* Manage and maintain computerized systems, including Guestline and HubSpot, with full training provided.
* Administration including group room reservations, arrivals details checks, checking guests in/out, advanced events billing and responding to emails
* To ensure complete guest satisfaction through the prompt handling of guest queries in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
* Familiarizing yourself with each detail of every event, both in advance for planning and on the day.
* Deliver guest luggage to rooms on arrival and departure via stairs.
* Liaise and maintain a relationship with all departments to ensure the effective, efficient and smooth running of events.
* Coordinate event suppliers on set up and removal of items.
* Cross check all bedroom and public area standards and cleanliness prior to guest arrival.
* Maintenance reporting and follow up.
* Lost property management.
* Work creatively alongside our team to consistently go above and beyond to improve our offering.
* Graciously receive all feedback in an empathic manner, communicate with management, and encourage guests to share positive feedback online.
* Adhere to Health & Safety Procedures and other Company Policies and Procedures.
* Any other duties relevant to your skills that may be assigned to you by the Company.
Our Ideal Guest Experience Executive:
* Above all; a genuine, welcoming, friendly demeanour
* Strong attention to detail in all respects pre-empting guest needs, event billing and payments, administration, reporting Castle cleanliness/maintenance needs and grooming
* Experience within Front of House or Reservations is a distinct advantage
* Ability to plan and prioritize in advance as well as throughout events
* Ability to maintain calm, confident demeanour under pressure
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
* Strong command of the English Language
* Full clean Irish driving license is required
