Job Title: Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent to join our sales team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a target-driven environment with a competitive monthly commission and hybrid working options.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into sales to meet and exceed individual targets
2. Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
3. Build strong rapport with customers to ensure long-term relationships
4. Accurately update customer information in the applied relay system
5. Handle customer inquiries efficiently, providing high-quality service
6. Process leads, quotations, and new business policies with attention to detail
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Knowledge of applied systems (Relay) is a plus
5. Minimum 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance
6. APA qualification is required
