The company started 14 years ago and formulates, manufactures, and distributes a range of super supplements which are exported throughout the world to over 48 different countries. An opportunity has arisen to lead our Digital strategy across all markets, establishing brand visibility and customer engagement. Job Details

The Head of Digital is responsible for leading and integrating the company's digital brand

strategy across all markets (ROI, UK, ROW). This role aligns digital activity with broader commercial goals — driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and digital-led revenue growth across all channels, including retail sell-through and eCommerce performance while overseeing the performance of all digital channels, platforms, and partners. This position plays a critical leadership role in guiding internal teams and agencies, managing performance metrics and ensuring that digital brand contributes meaningfully to total business growth.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Head of Digital will work closely with the entire Marketing Team including the Creative Design Team, IT, Customer Service, Finance and a number of external agencies. This is a senior role within the business, and the Head of Digital will have a number of direct reports.

Key areas of responsibility,

include but are not limited to:

Strategic Leadership

* Define and implement a digital brand strategy that contributes to top-line revenue growth, and customer retention across all digital touchpoints and is aligned with brand, retail, and commercial priorities.
* Lead the transition from D2C centric digital to a broader digital marketing engine focused on brand awareness, shopping influence, and retention.
* Shape the digital roadmap for ROI, UK, and International markets.

Channel & Performance Oversight

* Balance Brand-First and performance-first goals through integrated KPIs and spend guardrails.
* Own digital performance across all core current channels: D2C website, Amazon, Paid Media, CRM/Email, Influencers, Digital Content & any additional digital channels e.g. App.
* Oversee platform analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.

Team Leadership & Resource Development

* Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional digital brand team spanning content, social media, digital campaigns, and CRM.
* Champion cross-functional collaboration between brand, digital, commercial, and retail teams.
* Manage, innovate, and elevate team performance,

Agency & Campaign Management

* Manage digital agency relationships (including Paid Media, Amazon Brand, Email, Social/Influencer) ensuring they are fully aligned with brand priorities.
* Lead cross-agency briefings and integrated planning.
* Set agency KPIs and hold partners accountable to brand and performance goals.

Digital Experience & Platform Management

* Design, Develop and implement a market-leading UI and UX strategy that aligns with the company's broader digital vision. Communicate this strategy to ensure all digital touchpoints deliver a best-in-class experience across the entire digital ecosystem.
* Support Amazon performance and promotion as a hybrid eComm/ retail channel.
* Ensure best practices in UX, content updates and reporting.

Retention & Loyalty

* Guide CRM/ email strategy and lifecycle marketing.
* Drive retention and LTV with segmentation, automation, and personalised content.
* Support loyalty program evolution in collaboration with internal teams.

As Head of Digital in the VMS space, you are a brand champion and digital strategist, passionate about bringing health and wellness to life through compelling digital experiences. You lead with a strong sense of purpose, ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects the brand's values, voice and vision. You combine commercial acumen with creative flair - balancing data-driven decison making with a deep understanding of brand storytelling. You're responsible for shaping and executing a cohesive digital strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across owned, earned and paid channels. Highly organised and results oriented, you thrive in a consumer focused environment. You're confident interpreting customer insights and sales analytics to inform content, campaigns, and channel performance. Your leadership ensures consistency across e-commerce, social, CRM, and digital retail platforms. You're a natural collaborator, building strong relationships with internal teams, agency partners, and retail stakeholders. You lead by example - proactive, dependable and calm under pressure, always seeking new ways to elevate the brand and connect with consumers. You are a key driver of innovation and long-term brand success.

Essential Criteria

* A minimum of 6 years' experience in senior digital roles across both brand and performance.
* Strong UI/UX background with a focus on driving brand awareness through digital marketing.
* Demonstrated experience integrating AI-driven tools and workflows (e.g. for content creation, audience segmentation, personalisation or campaign optimization) to elevate brand storytelling and digital marketing effectiveness.
* Strong understanding of integrated media planning (search, social, display, influencer).
* Experience with D2C and retail-aligned digital campaigns.
* Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, GA4), Amazon Seller Central and CRM Tools.
* Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills.
* Excellent planning & time management skills
