Job Description
Our client is a leading construction company with an excellent track record of delivering large-scale projects across Ireland.
The role requires a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the coordination of subcontractors, control programs, and site meetings for a major project in Limerick.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience in site management, preferably on healthcare or commercial projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with clients, architects, engineers.
* Able to prepare progress reports, chair site meetings and maintain accurate records.
* Familiarity with current Health & Safety regulations required.
* Prior experience as Project Coordinator or Senior Project Coordinator would be beneficial but not necessary if you hold relevant trade qualifications (e.g., electrical/mechanical engineering).
