About this Role
A Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee the management of all costs to deliver an optimal commercial outcome for projects from inception through to final handover.
Main Responsibilities:
* Review tenders, rates, preliminaries, and terms before contract commencement.
* Prepare sales invoices against completed works with supporting cost documentation.
* Conduct and manage regular commercial meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Administer customer and subcontractor purchase orders and invoices.
* Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, and final settlements.
* Collaborate with project managers, construction managers, and site engineers to track progress claims and certify payments.
* Oversee all project cost centers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Proven experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
