Key Responsibilities Manage accommodation arrangements for fitters working on various projects. Oversee the logging and tracking of service calls, ensuring all service issues are recorded clearly and accurately. Ensure all service-related issues are properly described, documented, and followed up in a timely manner. Centralise service communications using appropriate systems to streamline updates and requests. Support the implementation and adherence to reporting procedures across the service team. Regularly review warranty status and identify any required follow-up actions or escalations. Communicate with customers before, during, and after service or project delivery to ensure satisfaction and clarity. Coordinate skip bookings, drop-offs, and collections as needed for project and service needs. Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers and other departments to ensure alignment. Liaise with relevant team members to support smooth operations across both the yard and service functions. Update and maintain records in HubSpot and other relevant systems as required. Work closely with the management team and fitters to ensure service objectives are met and operational issues are addressed. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a service or operational support role is preferred. Experience within the Bathroom, Construction, or Interior Design Sector is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM Systems such as HubSpot is desirable. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in a customer-facing or coordination role preferable. Proficient in systems such as Microsoft Office, and service-tracking software's. A collaborative and team player mindset. Skills: Team Player Organised
