As a key member of the Controlling & Analytics team, the Data Analyst will be responsible for the creation, delivery, and analysis on a variety of different projects and creation of analytic models.
What you'll doYou will advocate, convert, and build data-fuelled solutions that help our stakeholders improve strategic decision makingYou'll dig in and become an expert in our data setsYou will provide insight into leading analytic practices, design and lead development cycles, and ultimately produce analytic solutions that will become part of our core businessYou will work with cross-functional team members to identify high-impact insights across a variety of core business areasYou will research, design and validate diverse sources of data to achieve targeted outcomesYou will support the Data Analytics manager on projects and system maintenance
What you'll need2-3 years' experience in a similar roleA passion for / understanding of complex datasets and the challenges they bringDegree or Masters in a related fieldBe a collective team player with excellent interpersonal/ communication skillsProven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and to lead and drive complex operational initiativesNatural inquisitiveness and ability to ask the right questionsMotivated/ self-starterExperience with BI tools, eg. Tableau, MicroStrategy, PowerBIAdvanced Excel skills, including VBA coding essentialPythonSQLSAP (Advantage)Hadoop based data mining (Advantage)
