We're seeking a s seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our site management team. This is more than a maintenance supervision role—it's a career opportunity with responsibilities that impact operations, safety, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations, driving quality and compliance, and leading maintenance systems development.
Key Responsibilities
* Support manufacturing operations to achieve objectives and performance targets.
* Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, providing guidance to the maintenance team.
* Drive hygiene, quality, and GMP standards through all maintenance activities.
* Integrate safety and environmental care into maintenance processes.
* Lead the development and implementation of maintenance systems and associated changes.
* Manage selected process and plant projects, as well as continuous improvement initiatives.
* Engage in performance reviews and ongoing professional development.
What We're Looking For
Education: Primary degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Bioprocess Engineering.
Experience:
o Minimum 3 years in an industrial maintenance environment.
o At least 1 year in the dairy or food industry (preferred).
* Strong understanding of maintenance planning, safety integration, and quality standards.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
